HOT BEVERAGE NAME: AUTUMN PERFUME

for a portion:

– 2cl Almond liqueur 

– 2,3/3,5 cl coffe (1 espresso) 

– 5/6 cl Milk cream

- 1 / 1.5 cl chestnut honey

HOT DRINK: WINTER PARADISE

– 1 espresso

– 3 cl “Spirito del Garda” Hazelnut liqueur

- 20 cl hot milk flavored with matcha and ginger

- Garnish: orange peel

- 1 express Colombia 100% Arabic

- 5cl Spirito del Garda hazelnut liqueur

- Whipped Cream

- 1 Hot chocolate

- 1 cl of rum punch

- chocolate topping

WARM COCKTAIL: FLY WHITE DOVE, FLY

– 4,5 cl Almond liqueur

- 4.5 cl coffee Colombia extracted in moka with dark rum (1cl of rum every 5cl of moka) warm (heated in kettle)

- 2.5 cl of Colombia espresso coffee

- Whipped cream with layered shaker

- Colombia coffee balls extracted in moka

- 9 cl of coffee

4 cl almond liqueur (Spirito del Garda)
- 3 cl fresh cream
- cinnamon powder
- crumbled almonds

- 4 espressos

– 40 mll Almond liqueur (Spirito del Garda)

– 40 ml di liquore alla liquirizia

All served in the glasses and then mixed garnished with:

- Whipped Cream

- licorice powder

– marshmellow
